July 4-17, 2003 A team from Berachah Bible Church was here from July 4-17 to teach evangelistic clubs in town. The team (first photo below) taught 2 classes each night Monday-Friday (July 7-11). 40 students signed up. (Next three photos.) |

Every day from 4-5 the team had a time to speak informally with any of the students who wanted to come. Many seeds were planted during this time. The women and men split up into different rooms (photo at right.)
At 5pm every day the Russian woman who manages the English School (Galena) made Russian dinners for the team. Yulia and Misha and other teachers in the school helped out too. It was a great time to try the food and talk about our conversations with the students. From 5-8:15 the team conducted 2 evangelistic classes back to back. Every night we played a game, heard a testimony, and a lesson from scripture. |

We ate and played outside for about 3 hours and then a thunderstorm forced us inside. |

We also sang songs. Bryan taught the group "the froggy" song. Pat sang an original composition called "The Ballad of Grant Crowe", and Misha and Ruslan led the group in singing some Russian songs. |
