VISITING THE EAGLE TRAINER (Cygaty, Feb-00)

"Yet those who wait on the Lord
Shall renew their strength;
They shall mount up with wings like eagles,
They shall run and not be weary,
They shall walk and not faint." (Isaiah 40:31)

We have more appreciation for this verse now that we have held eagles. These are HEAVY and POWERFUL. The one Molly is holding (photo above) has killed full grown wolves. The photo to the left shows our group visiting the eagle trainer (the 2nd man from the left). We also got a tour of the 1 year old mosque from the man who runs it (the first man on the left). He is the brother of grandmother #2.
